My bills did not show up. Everything said "paid", but then I received an E-mail that they would close my account if I did not pay, so I went on their website, only to find out that I had two unpaid bills... it would be nice if the app and website could agree and prevent this from happening.

Can't use your points in the app. They wasted tons of money changing their name for no reason instead of reducing prices.

Card stopped working and support is unwilling to answer questions or explain. Terrible support experience. 🙁👎
