The application allows you to generate online checks for 54-FZ when visiting the sale of goods and the provision of services. Checks are written to the fiscal drive of the online cash desk installed in your office (point of sale) or to the online cloud cash desk. There may be many field employees, but one cash desk.
- creation and fiscalization of the check at the time of settlement with the buyer on the spot;
- a convenient catalog with a range of goods / services;
- a field for indicating the email or mobile phone of the buyer for sending an electronic check;
- display of a QR code with a link to an electronic check;
- sending checks to the OFD, the Federal Tax Service.
How it works:
To start working in the application, the employee receives credentials (login and password) from the user of the online cashier, with the help of which he is authorized in the application and gets the right to break checks to the remote cashier.
At the time of the sale of goods or the provision of services, you must sequentially select a position, indicate the cost, apply a discount and break through the check.
Custom fields of payment method and type of transaction. By default, the payment method is set to "cash", the transaction type is "receipt". Optionally, you can specify your customer’s email or mobile phone number for sending an electronic check. Sending an electronic check by email is a free option of the COMTET Cashier service. Sending a link to an electronic check via SMS is carried out only by the fiscal data operator for an additional fee.
