Ratings and reviews

This app has almost all the basic functionalities except one most important one is missing. There is no way to save beneficiary account details. Everytime need to type the bank account details for every transaction!

Several times try to update E-KYC but failed. what's problem. Anyone help

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the MBL app and their service. Recently, I tried to transfer money from my bank account to Nagad, but the transaction failed. While the money was deducted from my account, it was never transferred to Nagad. To make matters worse, I tried emailing support, but the message bounced because their mailbox is full. The customer service team is unprofessional and clearly not well-trained. বাজে !!
