A bad app. Why did I say that? I opened an ID on a shopkeeper's phone with my SIM... Later, after opening the SIM, I saw my ID login on his phone, but the SIM was on my phone. Nagad can be hacked very easily, this is real proof of that.... I don't think it's safe to keep money in an app that allows you to set an otp without a SIM. That's why I don't use Nagad anymore.
