Can't even login anymore! So I can login via the browser but not through the app. Sigh... Plus, the tiny previous balance under the current one at each line was really helpful. I hope you'll bring it back. Also, if the "Continue" button was closer to the sign in area, it would be more helpful for those of us logging in from a phone, due to the space the virtual keyboard takes.
Can't log in I followed all of the instructions corretly and am able to log into my acct via my web browser.. but the new and improved mobile app is asking me security questions over and over. By the way I'm doing all of these things while I have a customer service rep on the phone walking me thru all of these steps.. leading no where.. this is ridiculous.
Pathetic Well after all that work to log into the "new" system the app isn't worth it nothing cool or exciting no better convenience if anything just dumbed down for all the morons. Would be nice to have the old layout back
I really don't like update It no longer shows the balancep after each transaction, it just shows overall balance. It is VERY dumbed down and removing this very simple thing really frustrates me. I don't even think there is a reason to keep the app any more. UPDATE- multiple times when trying to log in it says "data network is busy"! It usually happens when I'm in a rush and need the info asap. Grrrrr
It Works I see nothing different really. The layout looks a little different, but that's it. It installed and opened just fine.
Lame app It sucks it worked before and now since the update my user name and password come up as invalid. Dumb and totally inconvenient. Thanks again Rabo Bank app... for nothing but wasting my time.
