I'm not happy they took away the feature to log in with a pattern. If someone injures their finger they can't log in with biometrix so that's not exactly the best option. Always logging in with your password is a pain. This is really discouraging that the app has been updated like this. I probably won't use it as much anymore because of this. I mean hell there's not even a quick view option. The pattern log in I used to make payments so quickly now it's a process unless a fingerprint. SUCKS!

Well, I find the app easy to use and to the point with a clean layout. The feedback feature doesn't work. "We hit a snag, try again later" Upcoming bills is a nice feature but why the interest/finance charges aren't included; those are probably the biggest bill I have. Depositing checks is easy, money is usually available the same day; faster than depositing at the ATM. Paying your credit card, connecting outside accounts and many other things are easy to do.

I really enjoy doing business with you. The app is great, seamless and efficient. One thing I would like to see for a possible update is to allow for the option of paying off the full balance within the Autopay settings. Currently we may only select from paying off the statement balance, the minimum amount due or a fixed amount. Thanks again for the great customer experience!
