Ratings and reviews

The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. My issue is how buggy the app has been in my experience. About 1/3 of times I log in, I get the "Oops, we've hit a snag." notice, and I'm unable to check my updated account information, pay my card balance, or see recent transactions. These buggy episodes last anywhere from half a day to a full week.

My only real issue has been that it says I haven't longed in in a while to see my balance at a glance, even if I've logged in several times the same day. Consistently tells me to log in. Before that, it had to keep texting me verification codes that I needed to use in order to log in, which is fine, except doing it 3 - 5 times a day. Besides that, the app is simple, straightforward, clean looking, easy to navigate, and so far trustworthy. Recommended.

In terms of how fast and reliable this app has been in comparison to other card apps, I really like their interface and how fast and up-to-date the information on available credit and the balance is. By the way, to my knowledge, this app has no ads, at least on the Google Pixel 6 and 7. The closest thing to ads is them trying to get me to look at my credit score 😂
