Never had a problem with the app until recently. A couple of months ago, I lost the ability to see my payments scheduled through bill pay. Upcoming Transactions always shows zero. I can schedule a payment on the app, but can only SEE it by logging in to the website. Contacted customer service and was told that this functionality no longer works after a system change/update. I have an android. Not sure if the issue is isolated to android users. Will now switch to BOA to make bill payments.

09/21/23 - Update The most recent update did not address any of the issues I've been having (Slow load times, sluggish UI, broken account previewing), and made some of them worse. The app now loads even slower than before, and only works some of the time when I have a perfect network connection. The UI will also glitch at the login screen occasionally and refuse to let me use alternate sign-in methods, if the UI responds at all. PLEASE OPTIMIZE AND FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!!!!

It's so frustrating that the preview screen NEVER works anymore. It keeps saying looks I haven't signed in for a while... so it forces me to log in every time... well, I look at my account multiple times a day from the same device, so that's a lie. This has been going on for months & it's so annoying. I used to love this feature to simply glance at my accounts quickly. Please fix this bug.
