Soluna is a free, confidential, mental health app designed to help young people navigate life’s challenges. With interactive tools, community features, and access to professional support, Soluna is a space to check in with yourself daily and improve your mental wellness at your own pace.


WHO IS THIS FOR?
Soluna is available for young people in California, New Jersey, and Illinois thanks to partnerships with your state or insurance provider. Eligibility for services vary by state.

Unlike many other apps I've tried, Soluna has actually been helping me get better, and it makes me actually want to be better. I definitely recommend it if you need some help. It seems a bit complicated at first but it's very nice once you get it❤️

I love the app, I love the activities you can do, how you can post things and how it's anonymous. I wish it didn't take a long time for your post/response to go live and also that if you post it late at night it won't get posted until like 10 in the morning the next day. but overall I do like the app.

I enjoy the app so far with the ability for others to put their inputs about situations. I'm happy to find a place where people can relate to me and vice versa. However, I'm rather a little sad to know that I can't respond to others' responses on my own post, and the inability to create new friends within the app.
