DO NOT USE THE ENGLISH VERSION OF THIS APP. I purchased a ticket with this and it charged my card, but when I tried to view the ticket, it was just a white screen. I got an email confirming my purchase from them, but it didn't contain any info specific to the ticket like when you book on the website. I called their customer service and it was a nightmare. Just book it on the website or use the Korean version of the app. Can't change the ticket as stated on the app buttons either. Don't bother!

This app is difficult to navigate and not intuitive at all. Furthermore, unless you are Korean or a resident alien of Korea, good luck buying a ticket with this app. Frustrating. Wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to reserve a ticket with this app, only to find at the end of the process that I can't use my Korean credit card unless I have an Alien Registration number. Then I tried to reserve using foreign payment (whatever that is), and got an error message saying I need to call them instead. Tried to call and apparently their phone service is down during lunch hours.

Like another reviewer said, don't use the english version. I haven't seen an app with a UI this bad in.... actually I've never seen a worse UI. If you get past the bugs and unpleasantness, you'll come up against a deadend with payment errors. Maybe it's my phone model (galaxy s9) that's causing issues, but given that everybody uses a galaxy in korea, i doubt it. I gave up after an hour and booked a ride on the SRT instead. I recommend that instead if SRT has stations near where you want to go.
