Old version was better, didn't want to switch but kept getting notifications to migrate today installed the new version, turned out to be pretty bad. Always starts with delay and is very slow require full signal from wifi or mobile whatever. old app would work with bare minimum network coverage and the UI was pretty smooth. This new version only has bright colors, rest every technical aspect is dull. Developers did a poor job in making it, bank did the worst by allowing it to be released.

My sim card was damaged and so I changed it. After inserting the new sim card, ideally it should've detected the sim change and should've asked me to re-register, just like other banks' apps. Instead it started showing error "no sim inserted and no mobile network found" when I was actually on 5G mobile network. I had to uninstall - reinstall the app and then started working properly after re-registration. The older app didn't even ask me to re-register, which was another surprise. Please fix!

Just Hopeless. Kotak is very poor in IT. learn from Icici. All IT people salary should be stopped in Kotak. they don't know how to manage a app.one can not make payment from app. when you press payment the name of party does not appear it's keep on searching. if it gets party name then after otp the does not recognise otp and keep on searching. I don't know what Kotak IT doing.
