App is not opening because I have AnyDesk installed for my business work. This restriction was not there when imI invested through the app. If this was a requirement, it should have been clearly warned in advance and an option should have been given. Instead, the app is forcing me to uninstall AnyDesk, which I cannot do for professional reasons. I would rather uninstall this app, but first I need to close my existing investment. Very poor user experience and transparency.

Kotak Cherry is a very easy and user-friendly investment app. It is perfect for beginners to start investing in stocks and mutual funds. The account opening process is simple and fully online.

Getting KYC rejected error. Despite raising the issue it has not been resolved.
