Not working I rate one star because the ratings is only 1 to 5 star. But if this is from to 0 - 100, then, I will score this as '0'. It is not working. When I try to flash my ROM, I get stuck at 100% flashing. I wait for 10mins and still i am stuck. I repeat flashing again and still I am stuck. So, this one is worthless.
CWM ROM Mgr Rocks! This is by far the GREATEST tool for rooted phones. The Dev takes great pride in this product, and it is frequently updated. I have plenty of "top Apps" which are never updated, and basically expensive bloat-ware. I fully support this, even if you only use the backup function.
Galaxy Tab 2 and Kit Kat not yet supported Tired of waiting for Samsung to get into gear and update the Galaxy Tab 2 devices (gt-p3113, gt-p3110, etc.)? Following the right steps, you can upgrade your Galaxy Tab 2 to Jelly Bean (4.3.*). But you cannot yet upgrade to Kit Kat (4.4.*). You have to manually install a recovery (not via this App) that supports Kit Kat for Galaxy Tab 2 devices. And then using that you can use flash a Kit Kat firmware. Wanted to give people a heads up about this caveat. Until Clockwork Mod supports Galaxy Tab 2, I would just stay away from this. NOTE: Since I only tried this with a Galaxy Tab 2 and trying on Kit Kat... I'm not able to give any other review score. Please look at other reviews for your specific device. Because of it not working for my requirement, I have given the score below/above.
Works well, research required Got it on my S3 and installing on note 4 as I intend to root it soon. Still haven't used premium version. Don't see anything wrong with using hardware buttons. If your saying it doesn't work, do some research.. like.. alot of research, you can look into xda and ask questions to experienced users and use YouTube.. it's your bestest friend. Make sure you understand what your doing. No point in taking a knife to a gun fight, especially if you don't know how to use the knife. Good job Dev
Great app either free or premium I'm a paid user and ROM Manager is always one of my first apps on any phone. I've been rooting and using custom roms on all my phones since my original Droid. My suggestion for the Backup Download server is to display the file size of the backups you're downloading.
Easiest thing by far Normally I would have to start up Odin and go through all the technical stuff only geeks understand. Having this app makes me feel like I actually know what I'm about thanks Dev for making me feel smart again lol. Highly recommended upgrading to paid version real soon
