No English... I know, I live in Japan and it's for Japanese people, but it would be nice to have English. As it is, I find it much easier to avoid the app and use the website. Mercari, in general, is incredibly easy to use, but you will pay 10% for that. I'm thinking Amazon might be a cheaper way to go if you want to sell much.

Very poor customer service. When i used it at first time usage restriction is continuously appearing on the screen and even i can't like and buy the products just because i logged the account from another device. I submitted my documents for unbanned the restriction and contacted the customer service center but the reply came next day. In japan i haven't seen this type of customer service where the customer is first priority for them.

If you want to use it, the app is fine but if you want to delete your account, you won't be able to do so using the app or the website. I've never seen a company work so hard to keep users from deleting access to their private data. Avoid this app like the plague if you don't like permanent residence of your data in Japanese company servers.
