This app is a spam.. Don't buy or sell any product from this pathetic app.. Most importantly the people working there are very unprofessional and incompetent.. I am glad am going to quit selling from this worst app... I have been in discussion with your pathetic staff and they never gave me any solution n never called me.. N please don't respond with your drafted messages over here as well.. You guys are unprofessional n incompetent..
I have very bad experience with Kraftly. I have placed order twice for goggles and both the time it has been cancelled without any prior notification both the orders are prepaid orders. If you are not able to fulfill customer order they why r u guys display the product on your app or site. This is very unprofessional way of business
I have ordered a sunglass but they delivered a different one. I tried to contact them 10 to 20 times but they never picked up the call. Worst customer support. I recommend everyone not to buy anything from this app. They are totally fraud. Why you guys launch an app which u cant handle. Giving buyers trouble and robbing the money from them. If the head custom support thinks i am telling stupid things please check my order details. My order no.is :# 806112. I should file a complain against you guys. Fraud companies getting licence.
Now they are charging transaction fee of 75rs per order plus commission. This is insane. Decided to stop selling on this stupid site. I'm sure many will do as well. Even Amazon doesn't charge so much transaction fees. Wonder who will buy anything from them
I use this app as seller however till now it's ok !!!!! Sales volume is too low !!!! The best part is to uploading products is very simple & its get updated very fastet. Overall love this app. Keep it up & make some more visibility to people like another Chanel partner. Customer support is too good as compare to another market place . Kraftly provide instant solution for any issues. Really very happy to being a part of kraftly.
The search is good but when I try to upload pictures for my products, it always uploads the wrong picture(the one which I uploaded for my 1st product). Does not give any error.
