Ratings and reviews

By far the most expensive platform to trade crypto that I have used. Not only do they charge a hefty fee per trade, but if you use the "instant" option for trading the percentage difference between the price of the crypto and what you are paying is the most out of any of the other platforms. They might be ok for long term trading but definitely not for high volume, even if you pay for the plus membership. Will pull my money out as soon as it's profitable, after all the fees.

They'll show you a price and a fee when you purchase something, but won't tell you there's actually a spread between your purchase and market value, so they'll deceptively sell you less than your actual purchase without explaining that to you. When I complained about this to the chatbot, the only solution they recommended is to get Pro. After just getting swindled? I just hope I gain back the money they're charging in fees, then I'm bailing!

1) I closed my account due to the VERY SLOW execution timing. Clearing cache, have latest version, etc. 2) Day 3 and still have msg. on app reading something about limited services, fixing app to return back online. 3 DAYS... Maybe that's why it is SOOOOOOOO slow, going from 1 pg to another...Waiting for up to 2 minutes. Always unsure if app acknowledged my request to proceed. I have since sold all and went to another app.
