Malfunctioning Nothing in this app displays properly. I get a notification/message saying I have a free donut & coffee for my birthday, just scan the Barcode. The Barcode page says I don't have any rewards. I did scan my Barcode for points and did receive them, and I think it took off a donut cost from the dozen assorted I was ordering. The total was $9.xx. 2 days later I get a notification/message saying Thank you for celebrating... and when I open the app only the subject shows (partially), the message page is blank.
Don't add $$$$ Don't add money to this app. When Krispy Kreme first opened in our town a few months ago I added $20 to my Krispy Kreme app thinking that it was like the Starbucks app and you got your points when you paid with the app. The people at our local Krispy Kreme still don't know how to use that and can't get the money off the card. So I wasted twenty bucks & can't figure out how to get the money back!!! It does seem to do a good job of saying when the hot now sign is on.
Too difficult to earn rewards. Some employees know how to put the points and some don't. Its more work to pay separately. If you guys can change the app where people can pay with the app and automatically earn points once they pay with the app it makes it a lot easier. Hire someone to respond to emails. I've emailed and got no response back regarding your app. It makes your company look bad if no one responds to your email.
Good app but useless when points can't be earned Your in the drive through. You order. Get up sold. Then the order is repeated you confirm and then the total is given. Time to pay , you pay the realize during the distraction you put your phone down. Oh I have my app. "Sorry I already charged you we can't add your points". WoW!!!!! 4th time this year.
Works pretty well, minor complaints though I've gotten a few free donuts for signing up from my local store because the app didn't register that I received it, but I'm not complaining about that haha. It's right about the hot light every time I see it, but I never get notifications that it's on. I've told the app twice to send notifications about it, and I've checked my phone settings but still not receiving hot light notifications. Other than that it works just as it should!
Malfunctioning. Cannot log in. App keeps telling me incorrect password try again. Tried changing password, creating new acct. Keep getting same error, incorrect password try again. Might be good app if it worked.
