The app was rough, then got better, and now is rough again. you can't search for a specific food or the programing is so bad it won't give you accurate search results. I was looking for prices on chix breasts and got liquor and cheese at top of results, there was some frozen nuggets as well. way down list there were some listed, but its like their "coupons" that are in some random order. kinda useless. the sort/filter does not reduce the mess. it's bad AI for you, but probably what kroger wants

app has always been slow, I had gotten used to it. The latest update is absolutely trash. I used to be able to scan item barcodes in the store and see if there were any applicable coupons, not anymore. Overall usage of the app has plummeted. HEB and Walmart apps are both so much easier to use, which sucks because I do 90% of my grocery shopping at Kroger.

The actual delivery is fine, though every delivery person has called and for some reason there's basically just static and a faint voice. But the app...the worst, glitchiest, most frustrating app I've ever used, and it never improves. I'm trying to give you $, &it's almost impossible. It's not that hard. Hundreds of other retailers do the same thing just fine.
