To use the Kroger app, you'll need a Kroger digital account. You can register for your account and link your Shopper’s Card through the app. If you don't have a Shopper’s Card, you can create one when you register to access all of these savings and rewards!

Ratings and reviews

It's almost impossible to use the app anymore. Just trying to add one item can be a nightmare. I've lost entire carts before. It's been an issue for months now; and we're about to stop shopping at and pull our pharmacy business from Kroger entirely. What a shame. Response: Asking your customers to waste their time calling to show you another instance of your app/website failling is unacceptable. Fix it or don't... you'll lose customers. Simple.

Filtering by ways to shop no longer filters out de-selected options. As dev suggested, uninstalled and reinstalled. Problem persists, I believe the solution right now is just not labeling anything in the app as in store, pickup, or delivery specific. Filter options are either gone or show 0. The toggle option doesn't work. Coupons no longer show reqs to fulfil to get discount. Just "save $x when you spend" and then no further details when opened on mobile. Yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled.

I wish I knew how to use my preferred shopper coupons i get in theail for my delivery orders. I also wish the app.would work better. Just "searching and adding" doesn't add the items to the cart every time On a large order I have to keep checking the cart every couple of items I add to make sure it was placed into my cart. But I really like the delivery. They are very helpful.
