Most items are consistently out of stock, and when they do become available, it takes an unreasonable amount of time. Furthermore, orders are being delivered without any bills or invoices included. There is also no official contact information provided for your mart, which is highly unprofessional. Please address these issues immediately.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This app will charge your credit card multiple times against the same order. No one responds on their customer support chat properly. If you book a compliant they will mark resolved the ticket without addressing or resolving the issue. They will cancel your order without refunding your payment if paid online. DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT ONLINE ON THIS APP AND CHECK YOUR ORDER PROPERLY BEFORE PAYING CASH!!!

One of the best things about this service is their reliability and punctuality. They consistently deliver my orders within an hour, which is incredibly convenient and impressive. My only suggestion would be to expand and regularly update the inventory. Adding more products and introducing additional categories would further enhance the user experience and make the app even more valuable for customers.
