They deliver you the stale items and when you ask for the return or exchange. They simply tell you they cannot do anything about it and will improve next time. The worst customer service ever. Don't waste your time and money on this app. They have pathetic customer service. Worst Experience. I wasted my 2000 rs. As all the snacks were stale.

Ive gradually shifted my entire grocery shopping on this app. They deliver on time and the products are always fresh and A-quality But please add more brands and product categories so I never need to visit Imtiaz again
