The app is terrible. The product is great, but I wish it would connect to the schedule I have programmed in my app to optimize my experience with it. The unit randomly starts (when not connected to the Bluetooth app) and basically just randomly chooses when it wants to follow the schedule I created. It disconnects from the Bluetooth signal very frequently. If I were within the return period, I'd return this product solely bc the app is so unreliable.

App will not login. My copied and pasted password works on the site, but not the app. The forgot password button on the app will not send the reset password email. From this I'm guessing that the app is not connecting to the service that it uses to validate credentials. I've uninstalled and still have the same issue. Now I'm locked out and can't change the schedule that is now off due to a power outage. It automatically turns on in the day and off at night. Please Fix!

I'll update later if it improves. The device is great. I love getting into a cold bed. The app however is a different story. The schedules flat out don't work. It'll turn off in the morning when I set it to but won't turn on automatically before bed. On the rare chance it does turn on, it doesn't set to the specified temperature. Also, half the time the app can't connect to the device at all, so I end up going into the bedroom and turning it on manually. I hope the app improves.
