Ratings and reviews

The overall experience with the app had been positive for me as a frequent KSRTC user but now it's gone down the drain as the app simply won't remember my account in spite of logging into it every time I try to use it. Booking a ticket or managing an existing booking has become a nightmare because of this. I tried clearing the app cache and app data in my phone, since that didn't help either, I'm now convinced that the issue is with the app.

The App is not logged in even with the correct username and password, Please fix it on priority how come no one is checking this important issue for more than a week. Fix the login issue and show my account I can rate 5 star

I recently faced login issue while booking the bus seat. Other than login issues, Service and timings are perfect and excellent.
