Ratings and reviews

It's very easy to use, especially to pay my gas and electric bills. However, I'm on a payment plan with both electric and gas. I'm supposed to be getting a certain amount of money paid into my balance through Eversource and can't find a way to see how much Eversource paid towards balance. Other than that, I can see my monthly statements and their due dates, which is very convenient, especially since I went paperless. It doesn't make you open a PDF like my bank statements, for example.

Push notifications for "Statement Ready" do not work. I checked my phone settings and do have notifications allowed, and have the push notifications selected in the app. My bill was produced yesterday and I haven't gotten a notification. I just turned on the "Payment Reminder" push notification, but I'd like to be alerted the day that a bill is first available.

Nice company where you want to call in some down wires and you have to jump through a bunch of hoops that has nothing to do with the wires you're calling in because you have a stupid AI generated chat engine running your emergency line. Everyone hates AI chat responses. Can't you companies figure this out.
