have an account? It’s easy to set one up, right on the app.
View and Pay Your Bill: View your actual PDF bill and download if you need it. Pay your
way with a bank account, debit/credit card, or mobile wallet.
Check Your Consumption: View a graph of your electric and water usage with a
temperature overlay. View full screen in landscape mode for even more detail.
Sign Up for eBill Paperless Billing: You’re already going paperless with My JEA. Take
the next step by signing up for eBill, right from your account profile.
Request Payment Assistance: Need a little extra time to make a payment? Request a
payment extension or payment arrangement and get an instant answer.
Report Outages: View our Electric Outage Map in full screen mode. Report electric and
water outages and get updates on restoration progress.
Get Assistance: A single click will connect you by phone to JEA support. You can also
get directions to our Customer Solutions Center and make an appointment online for
faster service when you arrive.

I'm not sure how to rate JEA. I've never felt as though I've been "helped" with any issues I've had with the exception of LIHEAP assistance. However, that said I'm finding a discrepancy in my billing that I cannot figure out. I'm an educated man yet the billing details are not user friendly. I have a feeling the majority of customers out there cannot clearly read their billing breakdown. It is not clear cut. The line items are not clearly defined beyond the elc/wtr/swr line items.

Thank goodness for the app because the website doesn't show which account is saved for auto-pay. I first tried adding my bank on the website and even got a confirmation number, but there seems to be nowhere there to see it once you've done the update and received the confirmation.

Very basic. Doesn't provide anywhere near the information that used to be available on the website, with the aclara system. With this latest update, it gives error screens and crashes. I hope you've provided a way to go back to the previous version.
