Ratings and reviews

As far as charges, they are reasonable compared to other electric companies I've had in the past. I love the online app to make payments and get info. However, the only reason I am giving a four star review is because I tried reaching out during an emergency power outage during the holiday and in the middle of hosting a dinner party. I wasn't sure if the problem was from Lakeland Electric or from my community itself. Either way I tried calling Lakeland Electric and there was NO EMERGENCY HOTLINE

Zero stars. Worse than Useless. Lakeland Electric website malfunctioning; couldn't pay my bill. Downloaded this app (which is Kubra, BTW); got to the Bill Pay function- it takes me out to the web to fill in all my bank info that their website ALREADY HAS- & even though I'm paying from my checking account IN ADVANCE (which is free to do on their website) - it wants to charge me $2.75 as if I were making a one time / last minute "convenience" payment. Deleted app.
