About this app

A complete companion app for all your 90-day extreme fitness logging needs!

Nutrition:
Keep track of your nutritional intake with the handy color-coded checklist, laid out according to your chosen workout phase and nutrition level. Includes water intake!

Workouts:
Tracks reps and weight for each individual exercise for most workouts, and overall progress for all workouts. Simply select a workout for a particular day, and all the exercises are set up for you; weights and reps are even filled in from the most recent data for that workout! And if you choose the wrong workout, all you have to do is long-press to delete!

Journal:
Keep notes about your nutrition and workouts each day, and attach photos to each day's journal entry to keep a visual record of your progress! Photos can be deleted at any time, and you can even email them to yourself (or anyone else)!

History calendar:
Review and edit any data for any day; fill in missed days and get caught up if you've already started the program. View progress graphs for any exercise, and email yourself a complete log of your activity at any time!

Does not save history of weight or reps for each excesice. Also, if you navigate to another app during your workout and then return to this is app it will collapse the list of excesices and force you to find where you left off instead of showing you (or bringing you back to) the last exercise you logged data into. Only benefit is that it has the P90x excersices preloaded. I will be manually building out my P90x excersices in a different app that allows me to see performance history.

It's good for what it is, easy to enter info and such, although what annoys me is how you can only keep documented records in the weight training routines. Would be nice of you could actually put how much pf the Plyo and Yoga that you did. Also there are a few of the moves where you can't really add the right information. It'll be like, how many reps did you do, but you were actually just holding the thing for a time limit, odd stuff like that. But I generally like the organization and simplicity

Does exactly what you need it to. Long term graphs as well. Weight usage/lifting tracking too. If you use bands, you'll have to track their estimated weight tension.
