About this app

👆In the Smart Book app, any word in your book can be translated with a single tap. You can download the book in any language in fb2, epub or txt formats and read it without going to the application with a translator.

💁 The application provides an opportunity to view the translation of any paragraph. Parallel text is easy to read and translate. You can select any part of the text and translate it with the translation service that you like.

🧠 The application supports Google, Microsoft, Yandex, Reverso Context, Oxford Dictionaries, LingvaNex, DeepL, Nlp Translation, Deep Translation. You can compare translations of text you don't understand from different translation services in one click.

👀 Reverso Context will allow you to see examples of sentences that use the word you clicked on.

🗣 The application has the ability to voice any word or paragraph. You can choose a suitable voice for synthesis from the Google Speech Services list or use a third-party synthesizer application that you can download from the Play Market.

📄 You can easily replenish your vocabulary without doing boring memorization of words. Words can be saved together with the context in which they occur.

🎓Oxford Dictionaries allows you to voice words in British and American English by native speakers.

📒 You can add any unfamiliar word to the built-in dictionary for repetition and export to a file.

🧑‍🏫 The app can automatically sync your saved words with Anki, ReWord or Smart Dictionary. You add a word to a Smart Book, and then memorize it in a special application.

👌 Bookmarks, font changes, sizes, colors and other settings for easy reading.

📈 Statistics of your daily use, calculation of the time remaining until the end of the book, the complexity of the books in the original, ratings for comparison between other users.

📖 An ever-expanding internal library is available. A list of books for every taste. Education at home and at no cost. Interesting books will help you learn languages by themselves.

Love this app for learning and maintaining languages. I can import reading materials, show/hide translations with a tap of a finger, and also listen to a passage of text with a tap of a finger. The app also supports a lot of languages. The subscription and premium are very reasonable. As for an improvement, wish the app would show percentage of book that was read.

I'm currently learning Russian, and the app is great in most aspects except that when I try to play the audio for a paragraph translated into Russian, it still plays the English audio. I've changed all the settings to allow everything to be translated through Google speech services, so I'm not sure why it won't play the Russian audio. Otherwise, a great app.

Every language learner should get this app. The only thing I would change about it would be to allow users to choose how to organize their books (e.g. alphabetically, by author, by language, etc.). Being able to create folders or "shelves" in the library would be another option. Everything else about it is wonderful. Being able to upload your own books is great. The translation functions work really well, and I love having multiple translators in case one is having trouble with a word/phrase.
