Problems after update and with UX. App doesn't keep you signed in after updates, so you have to login repeatedly (and of course it happens only when you enter the bus (honestly, who of us use Ziogas in other cases?)). Password reminder - it sends you an email without a new password, in case of that you get a link. O.k but.. after pushing the link nothing happens.. and you, somehow, have to decide to check email again, because here, in separate email, you'll find the temporary password.

Overcomplicated app, limited functionality. You will need to register first for use, than authorize your bank card, then top up with a minimum of 2 euros. So if you need just a single ticket this app is not a practical option. It's possible to buy ticket with this app for only one person, and so when more people travel together all members of party need to go through the verification process. Go old school and buy the one euro ticket from driver.

Stopped working. Logged out and doesn't let you log in with "bad credentials". Reminder doesn't send any emails recovering password. Of course I found it out when I boarded the bus and had no cash. Any notification, status or help feed in app? Twitter with "sorry we have technical difficulties"? Do you even have UX?
