Ratings and reviews

There is a menu item to win extra trips daily by watching an ad. Sometimes it makes you go through 2 or 3 adds. The app almost always crashes for me after watching the ad(s) and then you have to go watch another 1-3 more ads. The app usually crashes after the ad(s) three or four times, meaning you have to watch up to a dozen ads to maybe get 1 extra trip. Not too Kwik if you ask me.

Love a lot of it but I'm giving it 2 stars since the ads for an extra visit. Occasionally you'll get a quick one but more often than not you have to watch 3 full ads for it to count as 1 and you have to click next on each one for it to take you out of the kt app to the app store, and even after all that sometimes it doesn't count. Also it has loading issues. too many times I've been in line waiting for the app to load and it just won't so I lose out on another visit.

Moderately useful. It'd be a lot better if you idiots didn't nuke my rewards account and make me establish a new one (after I had racked up a bunch of visits over the years). Also really impressed with how well "Order Ahead" works... "Something is wrong: Error Validating Basket" is extremely helpful when trying to accomplish that task. Oh, and I forgot the best part: Need Support for Online orders? Contact the store. Kwik Trip gets a lot of things right, out they fall short here. Do better.
