please please please, make an English setting for the application, a lot of foreigners use kyivstar, it's difficult to use it with only Ukranian language

The application does not allow to do many useful actions, like to opt out from marketing SMS, so you need to read EKO market ads with info that your tarif gets 85₴ more expensive. The app is also quite bloated and unintuitive.

Unbelievable. You get a sms campaign to install the Kyivstar app, you download it - and it just does not work. Freezes, loading for 30 sec, some buttons don't work, top up (main function ) does not work. And this continues for years of it's development. Could not use it. All they say is thank you contact our support ))
