Ratings and reviews

Kyivstar's service has been exceptionally wonderful, even when I'm on or near the frontline, I am able to call, text, and use the web to browse or communicate with my fellow volunteers on evacuations. I would say that this is most always the case, though sometimes comms are suppressed im these dangerous areas. As for this application, if only they had English so I could navigate it more efficiently, it would be perfect. Other than that, this app is great.

There is no real feedback. If you have problems with so called Home Internet, i.e with landline, the application simply lies about fixing the problem soon. Sure, when this time is coming, you'll see a new date of fixing. All this reminds me 'The Machine Stops' story. Seems this company, KyevStart, is going to the end as a communication one...

Had some issues with a paid service. At first could not understand where the money goes. Nothing in the list of paid activated services. I had to contact the support to understand what's the problem. It appeared to be enabled but long forgotten service which I never used. I expected to see it in the list of paid activated services but it never happened. After the conversation with the support the service appeared in the list. I tried to deactivate this service but could not do it using the app. Every time I press a button it shows API exception on it. Need to contact the support again. Thinking about removing the app as it doesn't work anyway.
