With Lift Tracker you enter the weight you lifted on each exercise and graph your progress over time. You can also graph multiple exercises to see if your bench press is improving at the same pace as your military press, if your squats are improving your deadlifts, if working out biceps before triceps is increasing your gains, or just to show off all your numbers.
Lift Tracker comes with nearly 900 exercises built in, and if it's not there, you can simply add your custom exercise to start tracking. The first time you launch the app, a database of exercises will be created which may take a minute, and from then on you're set!
