RTD FlexRide allows you to book your FlexRide trip and connect with bus and rail in real time. This is the perfect travel companion to plan your next outing throughout the Denver metro area.

- On demand ride hailing for FlexRide trips. Customers can plan and reserve rides from FlexRide service areas with a pick-up address or place name, by using a current location, or by picking a location from a map. If the pick-up location is outside of the FlexRide service area, the trip planner will load other transportation options. 

- Easy to use: Click the calendar icon at the top of the screen to schedule a FlexRide by time of pick-up or arrival. Enter your origin location, destination, date, and estimated time of pick up or drop off. Itinerary options will load automatically. Choose an option to load full details. If your ride includes a FlexRide trip, go to the bottom of the screen and “Swipe to Order” to reserve your seat.

I have been using this app for close to a year for my daily commute. I love the service but the app could really use some work. It's a toss up if you will be able to cancel a ride through the app, and there have been times I booked a ride through the app and it didn't go through. Plus, now it won't show me my scheduled rides so I can track when I'm getting picked up. It will load two or three randomly and when those run out it says I have no rides scheduled. I called RTD and they said too bad.

the first month everything was working great. and I had no problems, after that everything has been horrible. busses that I ordered have been delayed up to an hour, sometimes never even showed up. or the app just doesnt give me or show any options for ordering busses or bus routes. now Im not getting notifications when it shows up and I miss the bus

anytime i try to schedule a ride app always says theirs nothing available. meanwhile you go on the website and book the ride thru there it says the times are available instead of says nothing is available like the app. was going to give the app a one star but only thing app got accurate is the tracking for the bus thats picking you up after booking on the website. wouldnt even recommend downloading just call RTD or go to their official website for booking.
