LABELiO is a complete solution for HACCP compliance and food safety management. This application simplifies the process by taking photos of delivery notes, product labels, and using an intelligent algorithm to extract crucial information such as designation, lot number, shelf life, allergens, etc.

Then, LABELiO automatically organizes products by use-by date, allowing users to easily track and manage product traceability, whether to use them completely, put them on the shelf, partially open them or throw them away.

All data collected is recorded on the sheet of each product, then archived securely for 5 years, thus guaranteeing complete and compliant documentation.
In addition to this, LABELiO manages the traceability of products used for in-house production, supervises the entire cleaning plan and monitors critical parameters such as cold cabinet temperatures, pH of rice and frying oils.
