Ratings and reviews

The app is good for booking restaurants. Ate at two very nice places I wouldn't have chosen if it wasn't for the app. Downside is it over promises and under delivers. Yum system is near useless. 1. There is time limit. 2. Limited restaurants accept yums. 3. Small print is you can't order from a set menu (or any other deal). If you do, even items that were not on deal invalidate you using your yums. Not cool. Customer service close request before you can give feedback so public feedback it is!

The design is good. But the system is useless. I used their promotion code and saw the expected amount of of Yums on the final booking page. But after the booked meal they said the code didn't go through. What could I do to prove it? Recording my screen? Please indicate that on your website when giving out the code. The customer service is useless, they basically cannot do anything other than send some instructions.

Used to be excellent, now a waste of time. Couldn't find a Chinese restaurant in Cologne, Germany! (Using only those filters). Updated to latest version, still the same. Shame. Uninstalled in favour of another app.
