About this game

Shoujo City is a dating simulator game where you'll have to interact with cute anime girls in a virtual Japanese city. Your goal in this anime dating sim is to win love of a girl in 10 days by giving her gifts, playing games, inviting to a cafe, or having regular dates. While talking to a girl, each dialogue choice affects your score.

Game features:
* During dating scenes the girls are moving and interacting with you in real time - using polygonal graphics
* Various locations often seen in anime games and series - school, park, shops, cafes, Shinto shrine, beach, and more
* You can choose to play as a girl or as a boy
* Alternating day/night cycles with different activities
* Hand-drawn anime pixelart graphics
* You can dress up your girl using cosplay items (like fox or cat ears, bows, chokers), or give her pet mascots she will carry on her head
* Crane machine mini-games where you can win plush toys to use as gifts
* A pocky mini-game - you'll be rewarded with a kiss if you win
* Each girl has a different personality, and requires a different approach
* A unique yandere route if you choose to date Saori

Ratings and reviews

I last reviewed this in 2016, I think it's time I re-interview it. I would've kept this app at 5 stars if only I hadn't ran into an issue. While I was playing this game, I bought a coffee. It's supposed to restore 5 AP, but when I drank it..my AP was still at 0. This doesn't apply to just the coffee, it happens to be this way for every object that restores AP. Reguardless, it's still a great timekiller. It's graphics are good. I have no room to complain about that. Please fix the issues, though.

Sure, it's cool and all, but without the key that you can buy for real money, you have a limited amount of resources. As without it, some content is locked off. I was flat broke halfway through a route and by the time I was done, there were no new places to date; every place, at the very least, had a -5 affection debuff due to its repeated reuse. If you're not willing to pay money, don't play this. The story is average and the gameplay is PAINFULLY repetitive, on top of the content paywall.

It's great, it's cute, it's challenging, what else can you ask for?? 😊🤗🤗 The graphics are great and the controls on top. Yes I think we should be given a raise for the 15 dollars we only get but that makes it challenging. Btw love how all the girls are different and have different characters. I think they should make a cute shy one UwU > w <

What's new

All game areas and content are now completely free. Updated Android API for compatibility with all modern devices. Fixed a few errors in dialogue files for Saori.
