Very pleased with most parts of the app except for having to uninstall it 3 times because it kept going to an incorrect sign in id. Works better now but I have to switch ids each time in order to sign in. I am the sole user of my devices and on my phone this continues to occur while my laptop is working perfectly. Very frustrating to say the least.

I've been a customer of my local branch of Lake Shore Savings since the nineties and I've always liked the service that I receive when I have business inside or through the drive-through of my local LSS branch. The employees are always helpful and very nice no matter what I am there to do. Though at times the wait on the inside the branch can be long at times, it masters less and less the older I get. I guess I'm grateful that I'm still alive and able to wait for the next teller-unassisted, too!
