Timefully is a meditation timer for people who already know how they want to meditate. No guided voices, no social feed — a beautiful, distraction-free timer that tracks your practice and quietly keeps you motivated.

An unguided meditation timer that adapts to you
Whether you practise Vipassana, Zen, mindfulness, mantra, yoga or breathwork, Timefully fits your method — not the other way around. Create unlimited presets, each with its own segments: warm-up, meditation, interval bells and cool-down. Count up or count down, leave a session open-ended, or switch to simple mode for just the essentials. Keep separate profiles for different practices, each with its own presets, and give every preset its own background.

Bells worth sitting with
Choose from 30+ bell types — Tibetan bells, prayer bowls, a crystal singing bowl, Chinese flutes and more. Set starting and ending bells (one to three rings), interval bells at fixed times or on repeat, a gentle fade-in, and the volume you want. Or sit in silence with haptic cues.

See your practice grow
Timefully tracks every session automatically, and you can add past sessions by hand. Statistics and charts show your meditation across the week, month and year, alongside a monthly calendar and a word cloud drawn from your notes. After each sit, capture how you feel with emotion tracking — intensity included — and write down what you noticed.

Motivation that never gamifies the meditation itself
Set daily and weekly goals, keep a streak, reach milestones and achievements, and grow a garden of trees — six species, from oak to wisteria — as your practice deepens. A quiet quote closes each session.

Connected to your health, private by default
Sessions are written to Health Connect as mindfulness minutes, so your meditation sits alongside the rest of your health data. Your data stays on your device, and no account is required.
