Add the fields you need and choose from: integer, decimal, checkbox, rating, date/time, text, or dropdown.

【Add Records】
Select a format and tap (+) to add a new entry. You can attach photos too.

【List View】
Filter entries by month, year, or view all. Display up to 8 fields per entry in the list.

■ How to Use
(1) Create a format
For example, to track books, set the title to ""Books."" Then add fields like ""Title,"" ""Author,"" and ""Rating.""
Choose from these input types:
• Integer
• Decimal
• Checkbox
• Rating (5-star)
• Date/Time
• Text
• Dropdown

(2) Add a record
Once your format is set up, tap it and press (+) to start logging.

(3) Review your records
Browse your entries in a list or chart view. Search and sort to find exactly what you need.

■ About Premium Plan
- Paid plans are automatically renewed.
- Payment will be charged to the Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
- Unless the subscription is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, it will be automatically renewed.
- You can cancel the auto-subscription from the settings of your Google Play account.
