About this app

The SilverCloud location management software app will allow owners and users of the SilverCloud and SilverCloud Sync real-time GPS tracking systems, the ability to view and monitor the precise location of their assets or vehicles, whether it's a single vehicle or an entire fleet of vehicles, from anywhere conveniently from their phone.
Users will be able to monitor the speed of each vehicle and the battery life of each device simply by tapping on the vehicle icon located on the map - accurate to within 2.5 meters (6 feet) of the device. The location also updates automatically, showing the real-time GPS location of the user's vehicles.
Vehicle updates will be based on user's data plan - 3 minutes, 1 minute, 30 seconds, 10 seconds, 5 seconds, or as fast as 3 second continuous updates.
Since the SilverCloud software utilizes Maps, users will have the option of viewing the map in Standard View, Satellite View or a Hybrid of both.

I purchased this about a 2 months ago and everything was perfect with price and the timing of location for my bike. But after 1 week of not checking location. I'm unable to open the app. Always ask to clear cache. So I did and still nothing. even after reinstalling it will nothing works. Will wait another week before I by another product that is more suitable to less issues. Can we fix this. a waste of money. bug issue please.

good locating device but cons are delayed a bit, battery doesn't last but a month, and service cost is per monthly and is high at $25 for basic plan. does the job if you need to track your vehicle and is accurate within a hundred feet. after having device die multiple times I purchased hard wire for unit, installed and it took time but finally recognized device. I didn't check on location for about 3 weeks and now I let someone borrow the car, went to check location and the app crashed with bugs

Since the las update on 3/31/26 the app is not starting. It fails to load and gives an error. I wrote to the company yesterday, but nothing yet. I feel the property I am monitoring with this app I am paying for is unsafe until the issue gets resolved. I was expecting a faster turnaround response from this business. I mean, the device and the app could be the best there is, but if it is not working, and the issue does not get immediate attention, what is the point to pay for device and app?
