Great idea, but bad app. Besides a very buggy UI, the transactions themselves take forever. I placed a buy order in the middle of August that has never fulfilled. Even after I was told "all shares sold, pending" it was weeks with no activity. I also placed an order to sell my "free" share a week ago, and that us also just pending. My intention was to invest a lot into this once I knew it was working as expected; instead I ended up pulling out the little funds I had and uninstalling. ☹️

I have been using the app for a couple of months now. Being new to investing landa has made it pretty easy and straightforward. The app is a bit glitchy and crashes almost every time I open it. I typically let it crash and open it a second time, and everything is okay. To be continued.. Update. I have been using lande for over a year, and not only have I not made a profit, but I have lost money. I will not be investing anymore with landa.

The tax documents available on my account, prior to Landa no longer being accessible, were wrong. It showed the same individual tax form, but about 10ish times rather than a new form for every property. This happened last year and I had to ask them to fix it. I'm concerned this year because they're being sued by the government and have been doing fishy activities, and I may never get that tax form. They don't give updates to us investors, don't pay dividends, site is down often. Please stay away
