Hi LandBank, Maybe it would be helpful to put additional number of minutes on the expiration of the OTPs. Once I received the OTPs they're already expired. I've been trying to do just one fund transfer for the past days. It's really a too much of an inconvenience. I hate this so much because it's a perennial and prevalent problem of your mobile banking app. The coding should allow use of former OTP as long it is correct. BTW. I registered to OTP generator but the app wont genera

Great app, but please bring back the 3 free transfers! This app is a lifeline for those of us in remote areas because commuting to banks is expensive. However, cutting the free daily transfers from 3 down to 1 is a huge setback. While the lower ₱8 fee helps, please bring back the 3 free daily transfers. It makes a massive difference for ordinary Filipinos trying to save on travel and remittance costs.

Extremely frustrating experience. I am unable to even open an account because the app is unusable. The onboarding process is stuck indefinitely on the 'Processing ID Scan' step. The app is sluggish and unresponsive during the verification flow, preventing any progress. Needs an immediate update to fix the scanning/verification module.
