This application is not working for Fund Transfer( I can not view my Source of Account) I used to log-in my different username but it is still not working. I also contacted the bank they always says there is no problem on the system.To the developer please fix the problem.
Please improve the user interface, it looks dull on a high resolution display which makes the user experience less desirable. Helpful to have but still I prefer the web version due to the unpolished app. This is just my personal opinion nothing more.
Such a waste of space. Always unavailable. And not a care in the world to even respond to our concerns.
Secured and very convenient to use, because here you can do fund transfers, check your accounts, pay your bills and lock your atm online if ever it gets lost. And though others think that enrolling your account thru branches is a hassle, i think it gives you more security since no one can easily enroll your account on the mobile app and use it for fraud.
When i try to open my cash card acct. It appears Error The Card no. Specified is invalid or the acct. Specifies has no Atm. What shall i do?
Working just fine but there seems to be a problem when you have multiple accounts under one username. I have already enrolled my new account under the same username last month but up to now it still won't appear. I even contacted customer service regarding this problem but they said 2 accounts are already enrolled.
