Your app is good and reliable. I like the mobilock feature which gives us more security. But the problem I'm always encountering is that whenever i forgot to logout, logging in is disabled for a moment. I have to wait for a couple of minutes to be able to login again! Please have time to fix this. Put an auto logout session and don't disable log in session. I don't know if this is a bug/error on your part. Just fix it.

Lost my fund transfer functionality after the update and now it keeps closing saying I'm not connected to the internet! Honestly, the fund transfer should be included when applying to iAccess and not a seperate application process! The new look is a lot better than the old one but it didn't really fix any of the bugs from the previous version so it's a useless change.

Just recently updated the app and ever since, I haven't been able to do anything. Logging in required several tries and when I finally did, I couldn't transfer funds successfully. The other online banking apps I use are working fine. I tried waiting for a few days since it could just be under maintenance or something like that but 'til now, the app's useless. And it frustrates me more that despite all these reviews, I see no improvement... or at least an assurance for one in the future.
