This is a horrible app. There is no communication with those who are supposed to assist the user. Having paid the required fee, i am waiting and waiting. Further, you have sent a useless paper claiming it to be a Certified Encumbrance certificate. I paid ₹799 (your prescribed fee) for a hard copy, but you have asked me to download a soft copy. Even that soft copy is NOT A CERTIFIED ENCUMBRANCE CERTIFICATE. This is scandalous and a waste of my time. Please return my payment immediately.

I had enquired for one land details on date 10 /11/2023 also I had paid Rs 599 /- for the same. but still not get any update from the app. If you don't get any update then return the money. Worst app,
