At least Show us a preview (with view only watermark) of Document before Payment , without any preview how can we know that we are paid for correct Document. Sometimes we may enter wrong Doc number , I tried by entering wrong doc number then also it took me to payment window. Payments also very High , So after payment what if the document details we entered are wrong !!!, For that i request to keep preview before payment. If possible facilitate to download digitally signed original documents.

It's been more than 10 days since I applied for an EC (28-7-2023) it still shows searching, paid 599/- for it, when asked first they said it would take 6-7 working days, yet not received any confirmation with regard to that and I have been keeping asking for the same and they are not even bothered to reply.
