Ratings and reviews

Landing app has mostly worked flawlessly. But when I need it the most(kitchen sink backed up) it won't allow me to submit a ticket. First several times it just spins, then I started getting "Network error". Each time I tried, I have to re-enter everything. I finally had to install app on my iPad in order to submit ticket for repair. I haven't been able to submit photos from library since March. Screen turns white and freezes.

This app is terrible, the customer service is bad, they take forever to respond. I'm trying to extend my stay, it used to work fine, but now it's asking for a work offer letter, contract, or my last three pay stubs. I tried uploading the contract, but it didn't work. I also tried logging in on the website with my email and password, but that didn't work either. I even tried the "forgot password link, I never got a reset email. When I checked my account info on d app, I fnd it isn't d 📧 i create

...apartments can show availability in the search list or on the map, BUT they aren't actually available! Called an agent to ask about this quarky / buggy app' and his advice was to "try and book it. If the app' doesn't allow you to book it, then it's not available." . . . Really?!?!? 😒 😑 How about: if it's not available 🤔 take it OFF the list / map / app' ?!?!? Frustrating to say the least.
