This applies to the website as well. Many invalid links. Also, many items not found in the app, but are available in our local branches. During the covid-19, I'm sometimes forced to visit the stores instead of buying online. The only good thing about it is that you could combine your orders from most of their stores to a single order, payment and thus, delivery.

Better to buy in store. Everytime I purchase online and something went wrong like missing items or wrong items delivered/picked up, you will have hard time getting a refund. It happened to me many times and there's still pending refund that I didn't get until now and it's almost a month now.

Experience not great at all. The discounted price that they show is increased at checkout. Then once I tried to pay and it wasn't accepting it. They aren't fixing the problem.
