Was working fine for couple of weeks. The last few days that is Feb 7, 2017 I started getting an error network messages. The app was working fine, still needs lots of work, but it is a good thing that we are able to start car using the app. Unfortunately as of 3 days ago it is not working at all. Having said all this, the in control website still recording journeys etc... please find a solution asap!!!!! Send an update asap. It is very useful to have this app working!!!! Really nice options but none are working.
Had this app nearly 2 years and it is STILL painfully slow to update, and STILL keeps logging me out almost every time I use it. Journey logging is useful, but it has now started losing the journey history and replacing it with the 'no journeys uploaded yet' message. Aaargh. Surely Land Rover can do better than this.
After the last update it is working much better. The refresh of the car details much quicker. The remote lock is much better. The remote start is better as well. But, I did get an error when starting but it did manage to start anyways. It it continues to work as it is now I will up the rating to a 4. Update - it has been working flawlessly for me for the last few weeks. Back to not working again and not updating weeks - remote lock and start. The update refresh takes forever or never happens. Back down to a 2.
**FOR THE LOVE OF GOD JUST ADD A MANUAL UPDATE BUTTON SINCE YOU OBVIOUSLY CAN'T FIX IT CORRECTLT!** Slow. Faster to walk to my car and start it than to "remote start". Also it needs a refresh button since it is incapable of refreshing correctly automatically.
Could be a lot better but the main annoyance is it regularly forgetting the login credentials. I suspect to launching it with no data connection causes the issue, but come on, this is basic stuff guys. Makes me question if I would buy a LR again. Sounds hate but it is one example of a lack of user friendliness on their apps and car interface, all of which are poor and badly designed from a user perspective.
Slow to update and always inaccurate - e.g. says the car door is unlocked when it is not. Where was the testing of this product before launching to customers? Unreliable, disappointing, and poor reflection on Land Rover.

[new] We updated the interface between the app and “the cloud”. Please note that this is a mandatory update and that previous versions of the app will stop working shortly. Please update to the new version as soon as possible.
[fixed] A rounding issue on the app caused the Odometer value to be out of sync with the vehicle when displayed in miles. We have updated the app to use the same conversion rates as the vehicle.
