I was given access to this app through work. There are well over 20 primary languages that people speak and I need to communicate accurately with. It usually gets a translator in the language I request within a minute or so. I love that I can use it in audio or video. I can also look back afterwards and get the interpreter ID number for documentation instead of stopping everything at the start to get and write it down. It's been extremely helpful to me.

Poor connectivity and the translator's have difficulty in hearing. App needs improvement. With the ipads they provide the service worked flawlessly.
