There are so many things that need to be better with this app. 1st, sometimes when I start pumping it will connect then say "pump out of range" and continue to go back and forth between the two until I actually open the app again. BTW I'm sitting right next to the pump when that happens. 2nd, it doesn't save the pump date and time correctly. I have to always go in and edit it before saving. It's a pain when I'm half asleep for night pump and forget to edit and then have to search for it to fix.

Can't even get past the verification code for the app and surprisingly the IT/app department doesn't have a phone number for you to contact them. I had the customer service rep tell me to uninstall it and install it again. Yeah cause that'll fix it! (It didn't) even tried a different email and nothing. I've called twice no one has reached out to me. Terrible app no wonder it doesn't even have two stars very disappointed. Do better Lansinoh

Doesn't work as well as 2.0. The daily total does not reset correctly at midnight throwing off the accuracy of the numbers. I also can't get the pump to sync with the new app. It sucks cause I can't even use 2.0 app as it forces you to download the new app. You would hope the new one functions as well if not better than the old version but it doesn't.
